Every Autoscale CNC gantry router provides unprecedented cutting areas and travels at an excellent price and features a wide range of available options to customize your machine to your exact needs. All Autoscale CNC machines are designed, tested and built in Santa Clara California, USA.

Each carbon fiber component is molded and heat cured resulting in a very light, stiff and rigid machine. The gantry, Z carriage and Z axis weigh 1/10th of it’s same size GRX series gantry and Z axis. With less weight comes speed, cutting 400 to 700 ipm can reduce tool path run times by 40%.

All machine chassis are built from ¼” and ½” steel plates and tubing welded and then powder coated. Machines can be installed without increased concrete footings. The above machine has the stand alone 4 Axis Hot Wire option.
